Erika Bennett Stickney, Associate for Michael J. Schroeder, P.C., received her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree (cum laude) in 2007 from St. Andrews University and her Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2012. Ms. Bennett was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2013. She was also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western districts (2015). Ms. Bennett is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, DFW Association of Young Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Legal and Financial Network, and Women in Legal Leadership.

Ms. Bennett Stickney has also attended recent MBA, TMBA, ALFN, and DFW Chapter 13 Trustee conferences and seminars. She is an usher at First United Methodist Church - Grapevine, a member of the Alumni Counsel at St. Andrews University, the Treasurer for the Lake Grapevine RAW, and an Assistant Coach for Girls on the Run DFW.
