Pam Bassel was appointed as a Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District of Texas on October 1, 2013. She LOVES her job! She was the senior partner of Bassel & Wilcox, PLLC from 2005 to 2013 and the senior partner of the bankruptcy section of Law, Snakard & Gambill in Fort Worth, Texas from 1987 to 2005 (and an associate attorney from 1982 to 1987 with the firm). She also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable John Flowers, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, from September 1981 to September 1982.
Education: B.S.F.A. from Texas Christian University in 1976, graduated Summa Cum Laude. Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law in 1981, with top honors.
