Tara Tankersley

Tara Tankersley has served as a staff attorney in the Dallas Standing Chapter 13 Trustee’s office for over 12 years.  She currently handles all Chapter 13 matters filed in Honorable Harlan Hale’s court in the Northern District of Texas.  Ms. Tankersley is also Board Certified in Labor and Employment law and has served on the Civil Service Commission for Tarrant County. Ms. Tankersley received her B.A. from Texas A&M University in Political Science and minor in Spanish, with honors.  She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University with honors, and was an Associate Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review.
